build one south africa with mmusi maimane

"Almost thirty years into democracy, there is a generation that has never seen the system work. We need to be willing to take the responsibility of making our country work into our own hands."

The Plan
For A Better
South Africa

Serving the people, Led by the people

We serve the greater good of the collective—as active members of our communities we seek to contribute to their development and growth responsibly. We build trust between each other and seek to gain and maintain the trust of the general public by aligning our actions with the values we profess.

At the core of ubuntu is the recognition of the dignity of each human being. We recognise the dignity of every citizen and strive to maintain and restore the dignity of every South African with every action we take, with every programme and policy we establish.

We believe in one South Africa, where all citizens have equal access and opportunity. South Africans are stronger together—when learning from each other—in achieving the shared goal of creating a prosperous, safe and thriving country.

A Government-In-Working

Working in, and alongside, communities over the past year, we have realised that fixing the challenges our people face cannot wait. The failures of service delivery, the impact of loadshedding, the harsh realities of life without water, the difficult conditions our children learn in and the pain of unemployment….

We cannot be a government-in-waiting. We aim to be a government-in-working.

Join Us

Whether a citizen, NPO or private business, we invite you to join us as we build and contribute to our government-in-working projects.

A Focus On Children

We support ECD centres that help build the foundation of our children and have installed toilets in communities where this need has never been met.

Water For Communities

We have helped communities in KZN, Gauteng, and Limpopo who now thankfully have a basic human right such as access to water, met.

SMME Program

Today, our SMME programme works with small businesses, focussed particularly on informal traders and businesses in townships to help put food on the table in homes where income has been lost.
